Quotes, estimates, prices and project descriptions on the Site or sent in response to a quote request are for information only. They are not an offer or a binding contract. Final scope, pricing and schedule are set only in a written agreement signed by you and Fieldstone Builders, and may depend on a site visit, permits, material costs and other factors.
4. Project Profiles and Images
Project profiles, photographs and 3D renderings show examples of our work or illustrative stock imagery. Your building may differ in size, materials, finish and cost.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs and 3D renderings, belong to Fieldstone Builders or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use them without our written permission.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as social media. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site’s accuracy, completeness or availability. Any warranty on construction work is provided only in your written contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the courts of Ontario.
